Night school programs offer secondary school credits in a variety of subjects for students completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and for students who are preparing for post-secondary education. Night School programming operates on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Barrie Learning Centre.

Registration Information

Students currently attending a school in the Simcoe County District School Board
Register for Night School programs through the guidance counsellor at your SCDSB secondary school.

 

Students currently attending a school in the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board
Register for Night School programs through the guidance counsellor at your SMCDSB secondary school. If your board is not offering the course internally you will be added to a waitlist and the SCDSB can accept you from there.

 

Students currently attending a school outside the Simcoe County District School Board:
Register for Night School programs at your local SCDSB Learning Centre using the registration form. You are required to have a piece of government issued ID and a copy of your high school transcript as well as a completed registration form with signed approval from your home school guidance counsellor.
