Welcome to a New Year and a New Website!

This update provides highlights of the SCDSB Board Meeting held Wednesday, March. 26, 2025.

Students, parents/guardians, community members, and employers are invited to the ‘Simcoe County District School Board Barrie-area Skilled Trades Night’ on March 26 at Bear Creek Secondary School.

The SCDSB is excited to be opening a new elementary school in Oro-Medonte. With the opening of a new school comes an opportunity for the community to get involved in the naming process.

Current high school students or adult learners who are interested in creating flexibility in their schedule, earning a new credit, or upgrading a previous mark can register now for summer school eLearning courses in July 2025.
