Self Care Matters. Join us for a virtual workshop starting February 14 to explore self-care and mental wellness. This workshop will be limited to 18 people to ensure discussion opportunities for all participants. This is a facilitated 5 days of learning about self-care, stress, anxiety and mental wellness strategies for you while you continue your education or to support job readiness.
